ABOUT MIKE ROGERS

My name is Mike Rogers, and I am the founder and principal owner of SecondG.net, a Team and Leadership Development Company.

I love teaching, and I am passionate about developing people. I really do care. Frustrated by the "spray and pray" and "one time event" seminars I have attended in the past, I decided to start a company that does things differently. I found there was a need for someone to provide training where more is retained than the standard 2 - 5% that most training companies provide. Through assessment, delivering content, coaching, accountability tools and more assessment, I ensure your training transfers to the job.

I have been involved in training design, development and delivery since 1996. I have a Master's degree from Utah State University in Instructional Technology and have been a training and leadership consultant to both mid and large size companies. I have worked for over 20 years in both profit and non-profit organizations in both senior and mid level leadership positions. I am also the recipient of three distinguished learning awards for training design.

My strength is in my unique knowledge of how adults learn and applying that to developing strong managers, leaders, employees and teams.
